Returns/ Refunds and Exchanges Timeline

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept the return and offer you a refund or exchange.


Return and Exchanges (if applicable)

Situation – 1

If there was any mistake* (As mentioned below) made at our end while processing the order, we’ll accept the return and once the dress is received by us, we’ll send you the exchange item without any additional cost through our standard shipping.

In case the ordered dress will not be in stock, we’ll provide you a full refund.

*Examples of errors made at our end-

  • If you received the dress of incorrect size. Example - Order was made for size M, but you received size L.
  • If the dress was torn, we'll exchange the dress. We need proof for it.
  • If you received the dress of different color. Example – Order was made for Pink color, but you received the dress of White color. Please send pictures to us for this before requesting for exchange via e-mail.
  • If you received the wrong dress or the design of the dress was different. Example – You received Midi dress in place of Maxi dress. Please send pictures to us for this before requesting for exchange via e-mail.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags on it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Situation – 2

In case the mistake was made at your end and not at our end, we still can provide a store credit of 50% of the ordered item price on store (Excluding shipping price) and the ordered dress remains with the customer. The store credit can be used while ordering any other dress from Kellips.


Additional non-returnable/non-exchangeable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Sale items - Any item which is on sale is non-returnable/ non -exchangeable. Only regular priced items are eligible for return or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
